Small group strength training  

Our Strength sessions at Train Yard are programmed in four week blocks and have between 7-12 members per class.  These small group sessions are 50 minutes long and are designed to ensure that you progress week-on-week. Our team of dedicated coaches will ensure that you perfect your form and hit those PB’s in a fun and welcoming environment. Each session is full body and will focus on a main compound lift which you will work on across the four weeks.  

Our Six week kick-start is for anyone who is serious about working towards their health and fitness goals. 

After an initial consultation you will then have unlimited  access to both our Strength training sessions and our Circuits, Sweat and Pilates classes. Plus 1-1 weekly check-ins to ensure that you are kept accountable throughout.

Our strength class is designed to work all muscle groups with compound lifts and functional movements. Teaching you to lift with form.

A full body cardio class, working in high intensity bursts to build endurance and fitness and support heart health and increases lung capacity.

A dynamic mat-based full body workout focused on small movements aimed to strengthen, sculpt and lengthen the entire body.

4 —

A high energy, full body workout mixing cardio and resistance exercises for strength, fitness, endurance, and heart health.
