What’s Included in the Six Weeks?  

1. Initial Consultation and Movement Assessment

You will start your first six weeks at Train Yard with an initial consultation where we will discuss your specific goals, current training and past experience. We will then create an action plan together around your specific goals!

2. Unlimited Classes at Train Yard:

This includes access to all of our smaller group Strength Training classes, plus access to our other larger group classes (Circuits, Pilates and Sweat).  

3. Weekly 1:1 check-ins:

These will be tailored to you and your goals. You will discuss your progress and any changes that need to be made, plus this is your chance to ask any questions you may have about your progress. 

4. Education on Nutrition & Lifestyle:

Weekly seminars with education and help around nutrition and lifestyle.
